Research Associate, Online Communities

Do you see data and want to understand the story behind the numbers?

If so, consider joining our Marketing Research Online Communities team, (MROC)!

Qualitative and quantitative research techniques come together in this type of research providing holistic information to our clients to help inform their business decisions. MarketVision Research is looking for researchers who are comfortable in the numbers, can talk to consumers online and most importantly, write compelling reports that bring customers' ideas and research data to life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand their business research needs
  • Write surveys (not program) and discussion guides to drive research
  • Manage and interact with online community members daily
  • Analyze data (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Write/create stellar reports (typically in PowerPoint) that communicate insights and bring the voice of the customer to the client


  • 1-5 years of experience in market research or consumer insights
  • Strong writing, grammar and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • BA in related field
