We believe consumers are at the heart of innovation.

Often, though, consumers play a small role in the innovation process and are left out at certain key points. These points, or gaps, can be managed and addressed with the right research strategy.

Our approach to innovation involves a strategic partnership involving both Consumers and Clients playing key roles throughout the process. We would describe our process in two words: Divergence and Convergence. The goal is to expand our thinking, hone in on unique opportunity areas, and refine the output. Simply put, the process includes a discovery phase, an identification phase, a creation phase, and an investigation phase.
