Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.

 Qualitative Researcher

Job Description:

We are hiring for the role of Qualitative Researcher. In this exciting and dynamic role, you will be working alongside savvy professionals, committed to doing quality research and making a difference. Every project presents a new challenge and opportunity to learn, grow and contribute in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Effectively lead qualitative research projects encompassing all facets from start to finish: design, moderating, analysis, report writing and presenting
  • Collaborate with others to ensure research quality and deliver on project commitments
  • Manage overlapping projects with success, drawing upon strong organization skills
  • Moderate a host of methodologies (in-person & virtual) including focus groups, 1:1’s, ethnography and boards
  • Skillfully draw out compelling insights and create story-driven reports
  • Mentor and coach others with potential to manage others over time
  • Support business development through capability presentations and industry engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) from an accredited university or college in a relevant major such as Psychology, Marketing, Journalism, Sociology etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in qualitative moderation and team facilitation, health care experience is a plus
  • Strong and proven skills in qualitative analysis and report writing
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (PPT, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to travel (domestic and global) up to 30% as appropriate
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed

 Market Research Online Communities Manager

Job Description:

At MarketVision Research, the Market Research Online Communities Manager is an intrinsical piece of the marketing research we conduct. Our research impacts the development of products and services that make the world a better place. From conducting research on the impact of a new medication or medical device, researching the efficacy of your favorite laundry detergent to examining how to better design financial services that help you save for retirement, MarketVision’s research touches the world and everyone in it.

What You'll do:

Market Research Online Communities Managers are responsible for the management of online market research communities to include: assistance with research design (qualitative and quantitative), regular communication with community members (respondents) to elicit information relevant to client research questions as well as insightful storytelling and reporting of learned information. This position will include daily collaboration with partners of the MROC team, Business Development, Programming and Graphics teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of market research exposure
  • Requires off-site client visits/travel 2-6 times per year
  • Apprenticeship model for advanced skill development through regular office knowledge sharing
  • High level of curiosity
