We are seeking a dedicated, full-time, on-site Office Manager to serve as the critical anchor for our team, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues while providing essential administrative support to the CEO and executive team. This is a multifaceted role making you integral to both executive efficiency and company culture.

What You’ll Do

• Front Office Operations (reception, communications, and lobby aesthetics).
• Oversee Facilities and Vendor Management (maintaining common areas, handling kitchen logistics, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance crews, and processing vendor invoices.
• Employee Engagement activities (weekly company lunch and employee recognition programs).
• Operational support (Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, setting priorities, and ensuring efficient workflow, coordinating travel arrangements for the executive team, assisting Project Managers with tasks like incentive check processing and file retention).
• Handle mailing and shipping needs for the company (USPS, UPS and FedEx).

What You Need For Success

• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Strong verbal and written skills for handling correspondence, creating reports, and communicating with staff and external partners.
• The ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.  
• A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
• Commitment to personal and professional growth.
